The number of auditions you receive during a casting can be overwhelming at times. Especially, higher budgeted jobs attract many talents. The shortlist will help you narrow down and share your selection of talents in no time.

Thumbs up for your favorite auditions: The shortlist helps identifying and sharing them even easier. BTW: Jason and Colin are great talents, too. This is just an example.
Adding auditions to the shortlist
After you have posted a job, within a few hours you will have received plenty of auditions which are listed on the project's page. To add a voice over talent to the short list, click on the symbol. Clicking again will remove the talent from the shortlist. That's it – couldn't be easier. Tip: Use the 5-star-rating-system to "prescreen" for potential candidates for the shortlist.

No branding: When you share a shortlist with clients, there will not be any bodalgo branding at all. Instead, you may add your company logo.
Sharing vs. downloading
Now for the really cool part: You can share your shortlist with clients or colleagues as easy as sending them a link (the link is created automatically for you and presented on the job's page)! That is a huge time saver. Imagine you had to first download all interesting demos and then send them to the client or colleague (who has to download them again) – what a waste of time and far too complicated! Instead, with the shortlist a single link is all that's needed. Nobody needs to upload or download anything at all.
Best part: The shared shortlist appears on an anonymous page with no link to bodalgo whatsoever. This is important in case you share the shortlist with a client but don't want to disclose where you got the talents from. You are able to include your company logo, though (optional).

It's up to you what informations regarding the job posting and auditions you want to disclose in the shortlist.
To show or not to show
It is up to you how much information you want to show on the shortlist page. Sometimes it is useful to disclose the job's briefing, so everybody involved in the decision process which voice to use understands the nature of the job. On the other hand, if you want to showroom some talents to a client, you might not want to disclose the rate each talent suggests. On the job's page, there is a section that lets you show and hide different job details. Also, you can upload your company's logo to appear on the shortlist (see above). Note: All changes have an immediate effect.
One final note: You may share the shortlist with anybody you like. Everybody that knows the exact URL will be able to see the shortlist, no matter whether they have an account with bodalgo or not. Keep that in mind when sharing the link in order to avoid unwanted access.
