I have worked on all sorts of projects from documentaries to cartoons, adverts to corporate videos. I trained as an actor, so I am happy to take direction but I can also bring my own interpretation to the text. I am flexible and can be serious, enthusiastic and everything in between. I can sound like an older wise woman or a bright young thing. I approach each job with an open mind ready to give my best as every client has something specific in mind and I want to make sure they get what they need and leave the session happy. I enjoy voice over and audio work immensely.

 Training

I trained as an actor first with the company 'Pas de Dieux' in Paris from 2006-2007. Then a 2 year professional course at Jacques Lecoq from 2007-2009. At Lecoq we learn the importance of placing the voice in the body and of using the body to help support the voice. We also used Feldenkrais techniques to support and develop vocal and physical work. I have worked as an actor, voice over artist, stand up and podcaster since graduating.

 Experience

I have worked for many years with Check-In Films, (2015-Present,) a company which works with the OECD and the World Bank. I have been requested many times to voice important projects, speaking directly to ministers and decision makers about key research and policy decisions. It has been incredibly interesting and rewarding to be a part of it. At the other end of the spectrum, I also made a cartoon pilot, voicing a grumpy leek and an upbeat strawberry. It was a lot of fun.

 Specials

I speak fluent French as I have lived in Paris for 20 years. This means I can work well with French brands and companies and can record in French if a British accent is needed.
