My relatable, resonant tone and conversational delivery style are well-suited for lending color, character, or gravitas to any copy. I am experienced with both short and long form voice work, specifically as an audio book narrator, explainer and eLearning instructor.

 Training

My voice over training includes course work through VoiceCoaches. com and coaching with Melanie Mason at The Voices In Our Heads Studios. In addition, I have extensive experience on stage where I learned and honed skills such as diction, articulation, breath control and support, as well as creativity and flexibility in communication. Finally, my time as a secondary education classroom teacher taught me to use my voice to engage the listener with warmth, sincerity, and authority in order to make them a part of the conversation.

 Experience

Under the pseudonym R. A. Cusac, I have narrated all the male voice roles for A.E. Weston's Killian trilogy through ACX and The Voices In Our Heads studios. I have also narrated multiple eLearning course descriptions and explanations through Academic Partnerships including Masters in Education and School counseling at Lamar University, Masters in Nursing and Hospital Administration at Arizona State University, and Bachelor of Nursing Science at Purdue University.

I am an actor, teacher, and singer who can also read vocal music. When pressed, I can do all four of those things while strumming chords on a guitar.
